For product teamsHelp, onboarding & training videos

Your product changed. Your videos can keep up.

Every release makes some of your help, onboarding and training videos wrong. With Reelquill AI you fix only the part that changed, re-narrate it from text, keep the same look — and your AI assistant does the busywork. On your Windows PC. Nothing uploaded.

  • Videos never uploaded
  • Works with your AI assistant
  • Windows 10 & 11 · English

The cost nobody budgets for

One changed screen. Six chores. Every release.

A renamed button or a moved menu doesn’t just change one frame. The usual fix is a re-shoot: record again, record the voice again, edit, caption, review, publish — for every video that shows it.

  1. Re-record
  2. Re-voice
  3. Re-edit
  4. Re-caption
  5. Review
  6. Re-publish

Every quarter

How it works

Fix the part that changed. Not the whole video.

Six steps, all in one app on your PC. The screenshots are the real app.

  1. 1Record just the change

Record the new screen — the whole screen, one window, or just an area.

Reelquill AI zooms in where you click (and where you type, if you turn it on), so the new button is the first thing people see. Record only the stretch that changed; the rest of the video stays as it was.

    • Zoom on clicks, automatically; on typing too, if you like
    • Your keyboard shortcuts shown on screen, if you like
  2. 2Edit by text

Cut the old part like deleting words in a document.

Reelquill AI writes down what is said, on your PC. Strike out the sentences about the old screen and they’re cut from the video — picture and sound together. Filler words and long pauses can go too.

    • Speech-to-text on your PC, no upload
    • Your original recording is never changed
Reelquill AI's Edit by text: the transcript with one sentence struck out, and a card asking whether to cut it out, keep the picture or say it again.
  3. 3Narrate from text

Type the new line. An AI voice reads it, in time with the picture.

No microphone, no studio, no retakes. Each line plays at its moment in the video; if a line needs longer, the picture waits for it. Use a stock voice — or a clone of your own voice, made on your PC.

    • Change one line, only that line is made again
    • Captions come from the narration as written
Reelquill AI's Rewrite with AI voice: each line of the narration with its time in the video; the rewritten line shows what was said before.
  4. 4Same look, every video

Captions, titles, frame and music from one saved style.

Save your look once as a Style — the caption style, the title style, the frame and background, zoom, music and export settings, even the presenter’s bubble — and apply it to every video. The video you remake looks exactly like the ones around it.

    • Apply a style to several recordings at once
    • An optional presenter from one photo
Reelquill AI's Styles: the current look summed up (16:9 look, pauses and filler words cut, subtle zoom, boxed captions, bold title) with Save as a style, and saved styles such as Training videos, Release notes Short and Help center clips, each with Use here and Use on several.
  5. 5Make them all

Queue every video the release touched. Reelquill AI makes them one by one.

Add each remade video to the queue and carry on working; quick jobs like captions jump ahead. Each finished video is saved next to its recording, ready to upload wherever your help center lives.

    • MP4 or WebM, plus a GIF or MP3 if you need one
    • Shorts for social, from the same edit
Reelquill AI's Queue: an AI assistant's video being made, an assistant's video and one of yours waiting their turn, and the Release 4.2 video made, with Play and Show in folder.
  6. 6Blur what’s private

Hide customer names, emails and keys in the video you share.

Draw a blur or pixelate box over anything sensitive; it stays in place through every cut, and your original recording is never changed. Recording an internal tool with real data on screen? It stays on your PC either way.

    • Blur, pixelate, or point things out with arrows
    • Nothing is sent anywhere to do it
Reelquill AI's Annotate tab: a blur box over a number on the screen recording, shown from the start to the end.

Your AI assistant does the busywork

Tell it what changed. It edits, narrates and makes the video.

Reelquill AI connects to AI assistants such as Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code over MCP. Your assistant can read a recording’s transcript, cut parts, rewrite the narration, make captions, apply your style and queue the videos — you check the result.

  • Off until you turn it on, and it runs on this PC only
  • Starting a recording always needs your Allow in the app — once, or for a while you choose
  • Your files are never uploaded by Reelquill AI; what the assistant reads goes to its own company, as anything you type to it does

Private by design

Your screens show your product. They stay on your PC.

Recording, speech-to-text, the AI voices, your own voice and the presenter all run on your PC. Reelquill AI doesn’t upload your recordings anywhere — useful when your screens show customer data or an internal tool.

After the next release

The re-shoot, or three small fixes.

The usual way

  1. Book the re-shoot
  2. Record the whole video again
  3. Record the voice again
  4. Edit it all again
  5. Caption it again
  6. Review and re-publish

With Reelquill AI

  1. Record just the new part
  2. Strike out the old words, type the new line
  3. Create — same style, same captions

Straight answers

Questions product teams ask

Does it re-record my product by itself after a release?

No. Someone — you, or a browser-automation tool your team already uses — clicks through the product while Reelquill AI records. Everything after that can be done by your AI assistant: the transcript, cutting, the new narration, captions, your style and making the videos. Starting a recording always needs your Allow in the app, once or for a while you choose.

Which AI assistants work with it?

Any app that speaks MCP, such as Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code. AI assistants are off until you turn them on in Reelquill AI, and the connection is on your PC only.

Can the whole team keep the same look?

Yes: save the look as a Style and apply it to any recording. Buying for a company? The business editions cover a set number of people, with every feature: see Pricing.

Where do the finished videos go?

Next to the recording, on your PC, as MP4 or WebM (and a GIF, an MP3 or Shorts if you want them). Upload them to your help center, LMS or video host as you do today; Reelquill AI doesn’t upload anything itself.

We record internal tools with real customer data. Is that OK?

Recordings stay on your PC, and you can blur or pixelate anything on screen. For the safest results, record in a training or test environment with sample data, and follow your company’s privacy rules.

Which languages?

English, for the app, the speech-to-text and the AI voices.
